Images updated.
Got a reply from both of my vendors yesterday but just now having time to reply - looks like Olympic Embroidery is going to be our clothing vendor.
The decal vendor that I had planned on using can only do single color decals which I think is fine - they can do any color we want.
I think the logo we have in a die-cut all white decal would be just fine.
What do you all think?

I think the TOP image as a die cut single-color white would look OK (wobbling hand saying that)...but maybe kinda cheesy in 1 color..... the other color kinda gave a nice contrast in addition to whatever surface you are putting it on.
my 2 cents

The embroidery company may be able to help us with multi-color decals, however the pricing is going to be more than a single color I would assume.
Negotiations are going very well and I am waiting now to receive a sample of the product we will be getting.
The pricing to digitize each logo is less than half what we though and I'm ready to pay it in full as soon as I see the sample product.
Corey, you've got mail (email).

thanks...I wasn't sure how you were going to take that being that I'm just a spectator here and you are doing the negotiating. Are WABBIT's stickers die-cut?...because he has at least 3 colors that I see.

Wabbit has two versions - the one with the actual rabbit in it is not die-cut and is all one piece.
He has an all white version that spells out "WabFab.org" that is die-cut.

Here lately you're one of the most active members, regardless your opinion definitely matters just as everyone else does.

In all reality it may not be a big deal but I know that when I look at the decals I have on my Tacoma - the die-cut ones look 100x more professional and clean than the conventional ones.

All the credit has to go to Tony Poynter, can't give him enough props.
Check him out at www.poyntofdesign.com - he does work for John Deere, Caterpillar and many more.

Wheeeeeeeeew
I can now breathe a sigh of relief.
This has been on the back burner for a long time now.
Thanks Fink for getting the threads going, and thanks poynter for the great artwork.
This is what has held us up until now.
And thanks to the membership for the feedback in the threads.
This vendor is great to work with.
They are local to me, and I found them years ago wanting them to do some clothing for me with Boeing on them.
Their clothing it top notch, I own a T shirt and a 3/4 sleeve baseball shirt too besides the Boeing garments.
The shirts I have are actually made with an old YotaTech logo.

Poynter (Tony) really deserves all the credit here, he makes this stuff look like it's nothing.
