Yotatech should have a section where people can contribute to land use news.
The greenies are doing all they can to shut us out of public lands. We should do the same to keep it open.
I think it would be great for Yotatech to inform their member of this before it's too late.

 

I suggested this very thing a few months ago.

 

I will bring this up with Staff, and see how we would want to set this up if we do.

Sounds like a very good idea to me.

 

i just hope that something like this doesn't devolve in to a "us vs them" type thing. because i am both a greenie and also like to use my truck off road. i think we need to get something where we educate the other greenies that using the land doesn't necessarily mean destroying the land. and we need to educate all the 4 wheelers out there to tread lightly. if everyone would be reasonable we'd could all probably get along.

 

Agreed on the us vs. them thing...it should be WE as in all of us that use the backcountry. But we definately need to educate.

 

The only thing is...with the exception of pirate, I've noticed that when a land use section is used nobody ever clicks on that forum. All the land use posts get sent into a blackhole, never to be seen again. Anybody have any ideas about this?
