Cmon guys, ya gotta add FJ25's on the list too.

Just to prove that they're not that rare, here's pics of the three 1959's in my yard

I'm sure the trucker in the 2nd photo was going "WTF am I hauling this for?"

Hey, I've always heard 3 25's is 1 too many, so how about sending one my way???

Seriously though, any idea how many FJ25's are still knocking around? They seem really rare.

Hi Corey, Thanks.

Now I hope the TLCA will change their policy about not letting Toyotas run in TLCA events that don't have 2 speed transfer cases FJ25's only have a granny first gear and a single speed t-case.

The driver actually told me when it arrived that he had hauled bigger POS than mine. LOL. I told him that I didnt believe it.

Believe it or not, one of my fellow owners has three consecutive frame numbered 25's. Of course, one he just bought for bragging rights. I'd say that there are maybe 40-50 left in the world. New England, particularly PA and upstate NY seemed to get a lot of them.

The white one was in the 1960 New York Auto Show. Its undergoing a frame-off right now. Lots more info on FJ25's in the FK25 section on Mud if you're interested

Oh and the plan for the 25 shell will be full-on hardcore

Toyota Trail Riders in Dallas Texas is a TLCA chapter, and we allow pre-runners to run with us on the trails they are capable of doing. You and your FJ25s would be more than welcome to come down to Texas and wheel with us.

I will even pay for your return flight home... Since you will be leaving that green one with me...

Matt
