Cleaning out some build threads

Is there anyway to clean up the build up thread sections and getting rid of some of the old old threads that don't have any useful info and haven't been updated in a long time.

This is my example

https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f199...thread-141773/

It has no real info, pics and the member has not been active since 2008, I was just thinking that maybe some can be moved into a graveyard of some sort when they don't go anywhere or get updated within a set amount of time.
