Fuel pump won't prime and shut off when key is in the on possition, truck starts, then, when I give it gas, it hesitates and then revs, also will die when letting off gas pedal. Replaced fuel pressure reg, 4 new injectors, new fuel pump. could it be the cut off selinoid? Help please!
