If you haven't done it already, you might consider chaining down the motor mounts to prevent them from breaking. I used 4 links of chain welded from the frame to the mount front and back sides of it, leaving just a tiny amount of slack to prevent the BUZZZZZZZZZZZ, and used a lighter weight chain looped over the top of the rightside mount and around the frame to keep down the twist when backing up.

Ya, I never liked how complicated AllPro's crossmember is, and I've heard of people having problems getting the holes lined up on the frame. This one went right on easier than the stock one even. Having the two mounts doesn't really do anything for the twisting, but the tranny doesn't bounce up and down anywhere near what it used to. I have an old set of Rockstomper's motor mounts that I'm going to throw in it for now, when the vibes get to me I'll deal with rigging up a chain or strap setup.

I refuse to go all out buggy(even though I will have all the tooling nec here soon), they have no identity... I love my rig, and going to make it in my own style, and hopefully it won't look like a rolling turd.. Taken me a # of years to figure out what I want, the evolution continues....

chained motor mounts
Roger Brown has good info on chaining down mounts-
I'll take a couple pic's, but since I don't do the digital thang, it'll be a while before they are developed to a CD.
Look at the left side mount- it has a steel shell over the rubber isolator. I used big, heavy link chain welded to the front and back sides of the shell and then welded it to the frame on each side
Since the coolant pipe was kinda close to the mount, I found it was easier to remove the left mount, tack weld the chains to the upper shell on both sides, install it and then tack the chains to the frame. Once they were tacked in place fairly tight, I then welded the links together, w/ only one link "free" to provide a little slack to avoid the BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.
