Here are a few pics of the front. Its done except vent line, arb line, hydro lines and the lower coil over mounts (like the rear, will be tacked into place to ensure no problems)..
Here is the new location of the ram
Here is some of the new brakelines
And a few misc pics.. It was hard to get a good picture of the links..
I might have a problem with the link coliding, but won't be sure till its loaded and actually ramped, so, we will have to see there I guess.

Its been a little of a slow week, but still poking away at it.. Got the brakes bled, had a couple small leaks at a couple of fittings, no biggy there....
Well, the exhaust is finally done..
So, tommorw I will get the hydro lines re-routed, front coil overs mounted to the front diff, and hopefully get the nose sitting for the very first time on its own (kinda like a kid walking for the first time, lol)

Haters of what...?
Yota's are just as popular as the next rig...except the Yotas are better.
Anywho, seems like Pirate is either...

Ok, under the hood is done, except I have to replace the air pressure guage that is on the air tank (Its actually a great tool if you ever have an air system problem)
Look, its sitting on its own, I feel like a proud papa
Here is where the highlift goes (never leave home without it)
The bag with all the recovery gear

The shifters are all done, and pretty happy with how they turned out, granted, that damn dana 300 will take some getting used to
And here is the one thing that I personally think sets this rig apart from any other (at least what I have found)...
I will have to say, I could never be a windshield intaller guy. One problem I did have, I didn't get it centered, so the seal is a little cocked up on the passenger top corner, I guess thats what I get for starting the install at midnight, lol.

I tried to make the old hydro lines work, but when I dropped the front to put the springs on, well, I think the old ones stretched at least an ince,lol... So, The rig got new ones (these should be pretty long enough and will have to keep an eye out on them to make sure how I set them up works ok)
here was a little joy ride the night before. I had to take it an easy because my donor driveshaft ended up having 1330 joints not 1350's so the caps were a little sloppy)
Oh, and I was ear to ear grins,lol..

And here it is, taking its VERY first trip, boy, I feel like a proud papa again,lol..
And here is where I took it, to S&N to get the shocks charged with nitrogen and have conover take a peek at a few things to make sure all looked ok, and it got the thumbs up... I have to admit, even though its not on the trail yet, its a very good feeling to at least be dragging it aroundcc
On the way back, I stopped at a local 4x4 yard, and dug thru there pile of driveshaft parts and got the needed 1350 ends and almost done with the new driveshaft (then I get to go do burn offs in the street to make sure nothing goes BOOM!

I didn't get many pics, as I was too busy having some fun, and there was a couple of spots I wanted pics, because it truely showed the rig in all its glory, but here are a couple of poser pics. Now granted, I didn't push it, and I still have to play with the seconday spring adjusters..

DO ya think they are having fun
And here is a far away shot...
There was a couple of times where the suspension totaly twisted, but was having too much fun to hop out and take a picture. But to be honest, even if this was all the travel it got, I would not bitch at all. Even with the lack of limiting straps still, the stability was awsome, I dropped off a couple of steep(60-70 degrees) drop offs, and even did a 70 degree ledge, and it felt sooo stable, heck, more stable than my old rig. One thing that will take some getting used to, the noises you get from the coil overs and hiems...

Do the links collide at all? When you get a chance to get some more flex shots, how about a pic of the links on the compressed side?
What noises to the heims and coilovers make? Alot of creaking? The only heims I've heard are the ones on my discos - breaking...
