Good comments guys! We'll see what happens when the time comes. I appreciate the comments, and someday I'd love to hack it all up and make it really flexy, but we'll see. Do you guys think a 3-link, 4-link, 5-link, 1/4 elliptical, 3/4 elliptical or coil system would provide the best flex?

Chris
4-link with coils or coilovers seem the be the most flexy. They are all the rage at the comps.

Yeah, I'll probably go with coils and a 4-link, but which way has yet to be determined: |\/| or |/\|???

if you can re-work the gastank skid and run a set of landcruiser OME shocks, you will have lots more flex with the "stock" (but lifted) rear suspension setup.

for the front, the upper and lower control arms need to be longer, then youll need new fenders, then youve spent more than a solid axle...

I'm already running the OMEN86 firm shocks in the stock location, my skid on my gas tank has been reworked both by my driveshaft and my BFH!!

I'm not clear on how that design would be laid out. Are you looking down on the links from the top, where both the top links cross one way, and the bottom links cross another way, or something? I'm not sure on how it would work, but an explanation would be great!
