More sliders.
91 yota 5 spd 4wd pickup.
Worked on my sliders today. Finished (sans paint) the hard part (bending). Now I just have to mount them, but unfortunately, I cant do it for two weeks
Pieces cut, bent, and prepped:

Jigged you might say?

After welding. GMAW, No idea amperage, wirefeed speed, and gas flow... Thank you Lincoln. (Voltage on 6.5-ish, wirefeed on 5.25-sh, gas flow around 20 i believe?)

Not quite ready for mounting... need to make the mounts first.

Thanks rusted. I had to use the bender at my work as I dont personally have one. Nor a welder, or any fab tools at home, for that matter.
My only issue with the bender is that it it crushes if you bend too far. I dont know if the dies are too loose, worn out, or what.
Im happy with how this part turned out. I do need more time with the wirefeed though. I do almost all of the stick welding at work... dont really ever use the wirefeed however.
My next challenge is mounting... we will see how that goes... and I suppose you all will too cause I will be putting pictures up
