Home made snorkel
#126
ok so i havent found any 3.5 " hose just 3 and 4 " to attach the snorkel to the mass air flow sensor . but i went ahead and installed the snorkel .. i think it came out alright , wish i would have had the patience to sand it a little more , but ohh well .
Right now the whole snorkel is attached with 6 small bolts at the fender nothing at the top , im gonna see how this works before adding more bolts at the top like the safari one .

and now i wish i would have made it look more like the safari one at the bottom part , the part at the fender.

RMA, great job on the snorkel. I love to see guys bust out something like that on their own ESPECIALLY when they could have wimped out and buy one. That's what it's all about, adapting and overcoming.
Seriously dude great work and craftsman ship.
