MAN, nice snorkel head why couldn't you find that when I was doing mine??? I think I might have to get one too. I'm paranoid that I'm going to suck rain water in with mine.
I should have had him wear a long sleeve shirt, he was complaining about itching , even after he took a cold shower .

and have you been smoking crack again .. i did post that snorkel head in your thread .. post 42 .
i did not post measurments though ..
i emailed the guy from ebay asking for the measurments of
that head
is 7" tall
7.5 " wide
3.5" hole

Freakin NICE man!

Well, I'm not a 100% happy with my inlet hood. I'd rather have a prefilter or an actual snorkel head.

Oh and yeah looks a little tooo big. Thats why I went internal...

well i got to work on this a bit today .. and after staring at it for a while .. i too got to feeling it was to big .. i think its probably better that its bigger so as not to restrict any air .. My throttle body is 3.5" at its opening, so i was trying not to make anything smaller than that.

but I did end up cutting it up a little .. heres what i have so far ..
now i need to wait for the nutserts and filter i ordered so i can finish this up .

-Does anyone can explain how is the behavior of the air inside the snorkel?
_For example, I have a 22r, is it suit for a snorkel inlet or should I have a 22re to be able to use a snorkel?
Thanx in advice.

If you are building a custom snorkel, I don't think it really matters what motor you have. They do restrict air flow, in turn robbing power.
