First Gen Fender???

Just wondering what tools I will need to do this...or if anyone has any advice...thanks...ryan

if all you are doing is trimming the fender for bumper clearance, used this sort of thing on my '81

I'm just about to do that same cut, but am wondering if I need to attach the fender's in some way there, or just let it fly?

mine is trimmed too and your question had me wondering about the support of the fender:

There is the head light mounting area (core support?) that seems to brace that area of the front fender pretty good, no wobbles:

That's my truck. Here's a pic. I used some scrap 16ga that had a 180 rolled edge and cut, welded to fit.
