Question Torque increases

I have had this toyota t100 for a little over a year now. Its got 200k on it and after a six month trip im going to rebuild the heads and I want to put a 3 in lift. I wanna put more torque for the simple fact that it already has a 4.10 rear gear ratio, and don't want to mess with the axle. I was wonder if i changed the cams (not looking for a ridiculous one) with the ones from lce, what else would i have to change (i.e. injectors, etc.) I just want to make it more efficient and add some torque so I can put 3 inch larger tires. I know what i need to do with all the suspension stuff, but unfamiliar with the motor internals. And I dont want to blow the motor. That gets a little expensive.
