steering arm hits 12" springs, 44" tires

I have a 1982 toyota with 12" front springs with a Marlin High Steer kit. The high steer will not clear the springs.... I had machine blocks fabricated to sit on top of steering arms location, even with these will not clear.. Any solutions....
