I picked up my 1998 Limited in May of 2007. It is Desert Dune Metallic, has the 3.4l V6 with 4X4 and the rear diff. locker. It had ~93,000 miles on it and were now up to ~103,000.

Here is my 4Runner on the day I picked it up.


Here is how the 4Runner is currently.


First mods were clear corners and the tacoma whip antenna mod.


Next I removed the running boards, and painted the center caps black.




Next I got a great deal on set of wheels off an 07 TRD Off Road Tacoma. I sanded them down and painted them black before installing.


With my birthday money I bought myself a coleman safari rack from Costco..


Spidertrax wheel spacers and 20% tint weren't far behind..





Finally I was able to purchase my lift. OME 3" from Toytec. FRONT: 881's with toytec spacer, REAR: 890's. (Coleman safari rack is off for some of these pics.)

 

UPDATE: Installed new BFG KM2s. They are 285/75/r16s and I couldn't be happier with them in every aspect so far.
