Its great man. I do a ton of camping and wheeling. In the summer, you have to head up north to do anything since it will be 115 degrees in the valley. Winter time, perfect 4x4 and camping season. Lots of places to go. I love it here.

The summers suck! The winters are great! Our wheeling season is opposite of most, starts about now and goes til about April for most of us. We have some awesome wheeling, especially if you like rocks, that is as long as we can keep the trails open. Like Replicant said, most camping and such is done up North, especially during the summer. You can be on the North Rim in about 2 1/2 hours. That area is beautiful, you tend to forget that you're in the desert. Check out the video link in my signature for the types of trails we have here.
