I found this guy and I am going to have him do some work for me, bumpers & sliders - some skid plates and such. What do you guys think of these for my 4 Runner? If you guys are interested too, we may be able to get another group buy going:

These are on a 1985 FJ60 right now. He did a complete 4 Link on this front & Back. it's really sweet. He is looking for some exposure, so I thought I would start here! If your interested in the coil-over pictures I have those too!
A Coil Teaser:

Here is a sample of his armor. This is the steering box:

Nope,
going to be a prick and keep him ALL to MYSELF!!
Seriously though, yeah - sorry I wasn't thinking on the original post to include that!! Too many other things going on!
His name is Ronnie and the shop # is 480-990-3220. He is located South of Old Town Scottsdale by Osborn and Scottsdale Rd. Name of the shop is Vigilante Offroad. Tell him John w/ the primered '85 4Runner sent ya!
Let me know how it goes!

I really like the rear bumper set up and want one for my Runner. The front bumper will be similar too. I really like his work and I am trying to help him on the exposure aspect of building momentum for his shop. He is a super cool guy and does gears, armor, full suspensions, exhausts, roll cages, diff protection to custom motorcycles. I am a firm believer that when you know of a good thing you pass it on!

Thanks for the info John. Looks like he does some quality work for sure. It's my understanding that inks aren't an easy thing to do. I am guessing the wishbone link bracket on his front axle is in the mocking up stage. I wonder how long before he hit's the trail... seems like a sweet rig for sure.
I am wondering what the little traction pads he has are that are welded to the top of the rear bumper.
Maybe I'll head over there some time (like the rest of you) and find out for myself.

Here are the pictures of the sliders. Contact Ronnie for pricing and application. He can make them w/ kick outs or not. All come with grips for stepping up on them! They can be weld on, bolt on or quick disconnect. HEre are some shots:

You have found a master. His work is awesome, the grip pads on the sliders and bumpers are awesome and the quick disconnects mounts are a great idea--much better than Warn's Transformer (i think that was the model) removeable steps. Post'em up when you get your work done.
