nice to see some island guys on here! Im in sidney and im sure you`ll see my beast roaming around the trails/vic/sooke. What have you guys done to your rigs?
Since i bought mine last year, iv done a full engine rebuild,5spd swap,rock sliders,elec fans, and new 32bfgs,Aussie locker in the rear and Lock Rite in the front.

Here's a 4runner I just picked up stock lifted it 5" and put in 33's.

 

I see u driving by once in a while! Nice truck man, looks like u wheel that thing hard! I wish I can do that to my taco but Im too scared to ding it

I live in North Burnaby. Just got my first 4runner the other day, I've wanted one since I was 15... It's a brown on brown 87 sr5 with a 5spd 22re! Pretty stoked on finding this site, it has tons of great info. I'm relatively new to building a rig, any advice thrown my way is greatly appreciated!

yeah it looks like i had an electrical short in the rear hatch.

ICBC wrote it off cause the whole interior has smoke damage!!

 

Fernie BC here. anyone else in the cranbrook/fernie area? I need some people to go wheelin with.

Yeah bought the Runner back!
When ICBC told how much they were gonna give me for it!

I just laughed at them!!


And I took about 3 weeks to find another Runner, Not too many around here on the market, and going for just Limited ones, slims it more!

New 4 runner owner coming from Chilliwack Stoked to finally have a one! 94 Sr5 but on the way home from buying blew the head gasket Sad day but should be up and running soon might do a 22re swap while I have to replace it anyway. Thoughts?
