John - New ARB Rear Locker?
Is that ARB rear locker a new install? Did you do the install or have someone else do it? Have you used it on the trails yet?

i got it installed while i was home over break. I purchased the locker and took it along with a spare third memeber that i got from a friend to 4x4 connection and had them set up the gears. I was gonna do the gears my self, but was able to drop it off and have it done while i was out of town. I also ran the wires, airline, and mounted the compressor my self. It was about 6 hours of work to install the stuff and swap the 3rd members, that included makng a braket to mount the compressor.
On the trails it is awesome. i have used it on several trips already, it makes all the difference. i am thinkin if i can srounge up some money this semester and sell some stuff, i might get a front locker this summer as well.

I have been looking into doing the same. I've read some posts about buying a third member with the ARB locker and new gears (4.88) already installed. But if I regear, then I'll have to open the front diff. It's sort of like a snowball effect. If the front diff needs to be opened to regear like the rear, then while it's open thrown in another ARB. The $$ adds up quickly.
I'm still debating this one, so it's not going to happen soon. I've been wheeling with core4x4.org and haven't had any problems yet. Once I try the more difficalt stuff, that will change. If I go with a locker I'll regear and get the new gears and ARBs installed in the third member and front diff and have a shop swap them for the old ones.
