ok where are the closest places up here in Lynnwood, Mill Creek, Mountlake Terrace, Bothell and so on ...

I know of Reiter and that's it. Otherwise I have to drive down to Evans - Elbe - Tahuya - Naches.

I'm looking for easy options within 30 miles ...

Thanks guys

You said it. You have to drive to Evans Elbe or Naches. Tahuya sucks imo

I think those are the nearest designates spots

If I followed your directions correctly, and looked at the map right I think I found the place you are talking about, and according to the Snohomish County Assessors web page, the Boeing Co owns those pieces of land.

look for the green arrow, red marker not in proper location.

Walker valley and reiter pit are to different areas...

Reiter is out by Gold Bar, up Hwy 2
Walker Valley is outside of Big Lake, just East of Mount Vernon

So far, my single favorite trail in Washington was the busywild at Elbe hills.
I've wheeled reiter, tahuya, naches, evans creek, and Elbe.
The busywild cost me a window and a door, too.
Naches is great because, like reiter, there's a wide variety of stuff to play on.

I camped at Naches last summer for a couple days. Besides my 4R being stock at the time (I didn't get to do much, a few crazy trails is all), it was awesome! But now that I'm adding on to the truck, when I go this summer, I'm gonna tear it up! There are tons of trails out there, including trail difficulty signs posted, a pretty good sized open part for RV parking or if you just wanna be around other people (also restrooms in this area), and a lot of spots sort of off to the sides of trails for camping out. I definitely recommend it! I'll try to get the directions to the spot I was at and post it up here!

me and my buddies have decided to go to Naches, WA (eastern WA by Yakima) and none of us have ever bin there.
we have 4 4runners with locked up front and rear, we are planing to go for 3 days.
is this place big? how much gas will i use? do i need to bring extra canisters?
what we need is some general detections on the best way to get there, where to go first once we get there.
is there a general map of the area? i want to know best trails and view points.

How was your experience going there? was it worth it?

How well do you know Liberty, 81? Might need a trail guide if a group of us decide to come over there.
