bassicly, each dealership got a "custom" truck (roll bar, winch, lights etc.) to put in the showroom, to make the trucks getting introduced "cool", much like a show house would be in a new development.

so there was 1,089 of these trucks made to go to 1,089 different dealerships. This was the first "show" truck made.
