I've ordered alot of stuff from them over the past few years - I especially like the shirts designed by Mojo_Risin for the various events. I like my T's have have something cool on them... Not the cheapest, but exclusivity (and quality) has its costs. ANYWAY....

I had my first problem ever with an order I just received. One of the shirts I ordered that was to have a design on the front and the back, arrived with only a design on the front.

I had sent an email over the weekend to resolve it, but did not get a reply. So I called today and the person I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. They are sending me another shirt free of charge via 2nd day air and told me to keep the other one since it was their error.

The moral - not everyone is perfect. It's how you resolve the mistakes that really matters. These guys get two thumbs up.

Good to hear - I have been pleased with there products and have yet needed to use their customer service - but good to hear they came through for you!
