probably no on the highlift and no sweat on the dash pad. for the rim you are looking for there are many many different rims that came "stock" on toyota 4x4"s find me a pic of what you want and pm me the details.

93 extended cab, passenger side cab window (the little pop window). Don't need the hardware, but will take it if it's on there. Interior is gray if you can be that specific.
The black body pieces that attach to the bed, right in front of the rear wheels and likely protect from rocks coming back from the front wheels. They're usually black, mine are painted.

Bed and Rear Bumper for '89 short bed 4x4 Color: Light Blue Metallic
Bed and Rear Bumper for '83 short bed 4x4 Color: White
Bench seat for '89 short bed 4x4 Blue
Door Panels '83 short bed 4x4 Color: Brown/Tan
As far as the colors of the beds if I can’t find them then another color might work.

-front bumper (with turn signals still attached if possible.)
-driver side window switch cluster (the one that mounts in the armrest)
-front skid plate
