Tacoma/4Runner 2.4L/2.7L Mini-header kit now available!

Cast manifold not all it's cracked up to be? Looking to eliminate that annoying tick in your 2RZ/3RZ equipped Tacoma, T100, or 4Runner?

Now you can upgrade your exhaust, and eliminate the cracking problem.

All parts are OEM, which ensures a BOLT ON application.

**If you have an automatic, you may have to space/modify the dipstick tube slightly**

All parts included:

Header (1)
Header gasket (1)
Head pipe gaskets (2)
Head pipe studs (3)
Head pipe nuts (3)
Header attachment nuts (6)
EGR Pipe studs (2)
EGR pipe nuts (2)
OEM Heat Shield (1)
OEM EGR Gasket (1)

As shown in pic:

*EDIT* Due to Toyota's increase in pricing we NO LONGER offer this kit, however you CAN still get the components from Toyota!

Josh, Do you know If these will bolt on to a 99 4Runner, Or if there will be any problems with the down pipe not lining up..?

Should be the exact same scuba. The Tacomas and the 4Runners use the exact same manifold, so they will use the same angle for the connecting pipe as well.

BTT Just sold two more kits yesterday!

Feedback on these kits is also welcome. Thoughts? Ease of install? Etc?

I just ordered one myself from Josh. Can't wait to get it.

I have a crack manifold myself and it seems that they all crack in the same spot. That's probably why Toyota changed the design to a mini header for the 3VZ.

If Toyota makes a SS version, rest assured I will offer it!

For now, you just have to deal with the rust, or paint it with high temp ceramic coating

The printed page in the pic indicates that this is for up to 2000. What about a 2.7L 5spd 2003 4x4?

Thanks,

~ryan
