VSC off bottom - help
I own a 4runner 2004 sport edition 4wd v8, I bought it 1 months ago.
When I push the VSC off bottom to unlock the center differential nothing happen.
Can you guys please let me know how it works?
I'd like to know if it is working or I need to take it to the dealer, I bought it certificated from the dealer.
When I went to the dealer they said: "if you got stuck in mud, the weells will skid and the center differential will automatic will go off."
if that is right why I don't have the option to put it off any time that I want to.
thank you

So, this is how it works. When in 4 Wheel Low, when you hit the diff button, the center diff locks and VSC turns off. The VSC off light will illuminate and the center diff locking light will also illuminate. When you hit the switch again, you will be back to normal.
Let me know if that helps, or if I'm totally off track.
