Tubbed fenders

I have a 1990 4runner with typical rust around the wheelwells. I'd like to tub the fenders and run 33x10.5's on the stock IFS. I know the 33's will fit the stock suspension but I'd like to tub the fenders to get rid of the rust.

Does anyone have any photo's or information on tubbing the fenders on a 2nd gen 4runner?

Here's what I'm starting with:

and a shot of the offending rust I'd like to remove. As you an see the "dogleg" section is completely rotted away, so I'd like to tub them around as far back as the door arch.
