Suspension suggestion needed!

I have an 88 pickup and have a 85 solid axle waiting to go under it, but I'm not sure on which route to take. Is there a way to link the suspension that will still be safe to drive on the freeway or would I be better off going all leafs?

Both are safe when done correctly. Links are harder to set up due to getting the angles Correct. Trail-gear makes kits for both leafs and links, might be worth checking out.

ANY kit can he unsafe if you have no clue what you are doing.

Leafs are pretty simple to setup even for most people who can't read instructions.

Link kits are a bit more difficult and need more accuracy in placement.
