Suspension joints

So now I'm all confused. So I was originally thinking johnny joints, but then I was looking around poly performance and found spherical bearing joints, and they also sell uniballs. The only big problem is right now I can't really afford much. I may wait on the control arms and to the panhard with heims now. Still I have several questions.
Uniballs: They have options of spherical bearings and hi mis. spacers, are these necessary? How do those options differ from the picture shown?

Spherical bearings: How are these different from johnny joints? Whats the difference between the re bearing and the flexxx joint?

Johnny joints: Is the greasable bolt necessary? Would the thread stud welded on be worth it for the adjustability?

Heims: How long do they typically last with moderate off road use? Which ones should I choose? On poly performance there are six kinds, do some wear better? Are the heavy duty one worth the extra cash or do they wear out the same? All in all I'd rather replace a $20 heim than a $60 one, but I don't want it to fail, seize, or break on me either.

Just learning about all this suspension stuff and figured someone out there will know. Sorry if some of these questions seem dumb. Thanks for the time and help!

Why don't you just use a drop bracket from downey for $40? Sounds cheaper and easier to me.

This is more to satisfy curiousity and help plan for future projects than anything else

Ah, sounds like a plan.

Try searching around on pirate, I'm sure you'll get more info than you'd ever need.
