Spacer lifts???

Hi i have a *4X4" 04 tacoma and have a 1.5" spacer above the coilover. How much actual lift would this give to the truck?

When i see people saying 2.5" spacer or 3" spacer is that the actual size" of the spacer or is that the over all lift it will give the truck?

I want to lift the front of my truck higher because i have 33.2"bfg a/t tires and it rubbs when I turn.(also have 3"wheel spacers installed) How can i go higher? I also have a 1" diff drop instaled. remember its 4x4 so im limited with the axel angles...

All your help will be appreciated! Thanks!!!
