Problems with front arb

Just put arbs in my 98 and the front will not engage. Jacked up the front only one wheel spins. Rear working fine, cant find any leaks. When I disengage the rear I get a strong discharge from the selinoid. When I disengage the front its not nearly as much pressure released. The drive train guys mounted the air fitting about 2 inches from the breather on top and its impossible to get to. Looking at the picks in the install guide it doesnt seem it should be that close? It may be a kinked hose. Does anyone have a pick of the bulkhead fitting on their front clamsheel that I can reference?
