OME Set-up

i bought my set up used from someone with a heavy bumper and winch assembly and they have the rubber spacers crammed into the OME strut with a small cornfed spacer. I was wondering if there would be any adverse effects if i removed the rubber spacer.

well i went ahead and ordered the Rev-Tek top out spacers, they will be here this weekend and i am going to try to install them. My goal here is to remove the Rubber isolator or trim it down if possible and use the top out spacer instead to take some of the pre-load off of my springs.
