Also if I just wanted to get the Bilstiens are the stock springs going to be fine with the increased valving?
why dont you go out w/ a measuring tape and simply measure front and back?

there were at one time several documented cases of this with tacoma's over on ttora back on the old board. granted they were on trucks that were being used at speed in the desert if i remember correctly.

hes right, by the way, they give closer to a 2" lift... they settle to 1" later on.
I wouldn't count on them settling down to an 1"
i can post pics in the am of my wife;s sr5. It has at least 25k on the PP/Billie setup and it sits at 1.5"-1.75" over stock.
CVs are No issues No diff drop. True bolt on mod with nothing else needed

What if you went any higer? You think you would have to worry about CV's and diff drops? 1½"-1¾" sounds right where I want to be, but would like to go up to 2¼"-2½" maybe.

If you go higher than the PP setup and diff drop is just chea insurance. So me don't run it when they do the Tundra setup, but....Cheap insurance over 2"

not with a 4crawler body lift. those were with the tall/skinny body lift blocks. not enough surface area to distribute the load and they pushed up into the body somewhat.
