How would you rate the Rough Country 2.5" kit? - http://rough.roughcountry.com/RC%20Web/95-04_Tacoma.htm

How does this look compared to other space kits out there? Would it be better to go with a 3" instead?

I would go with a spacer lift that uses some kind of metal spacer instead of a polyurethane one. Metal just seems more durable to me. The rear suspension is pretty basic. You can go with either shackles, an add a leaf, lift block or new leaf springs. The best option is to go with new springs, but they cost a lot.

I went with a Revtek because I got a great price on it. So far I really like it, but want to replace the rear springs because they ride really stiff thanks to the add-a-leaf. Check into toytec lifts or cornfed lifts.
