Front Driveline
Hey everyone, I just finished a sas on my 92 pickup and Im stuck on figuring out what to use for a front driveline, I have asked a few driveshaft shops and they keep telling me I will have problems unless I cut my axle and rotate the knuckles, so Im stuck, what have some of you done, I really don't want to use square tube cause its my DD. Any help would be great

Lots of places out there that custom make driveshafts..gonna cost you though. Do you Daily drive where you require 4wd alot? A square shaft is fine with the hubs unlocked. They are not that bad even in 4wd at speed but you will have some vibration for sure.

I used a driveshaft from an 85. Measured the static length, and had a driveshaft shop lengthen it. My SAS is low, so I am not using all the stock yoke length. Later on if needed I may buy the Trail-gear or Marlin driveshaft kit.
