Elocker help?????

Elocker help?????

i am wiring up the elocker for my 88 4runner. there is the small connection on top of the motor that i assume is the "diff lock dection switch" in this diagram , i need to know which is the number 1 pin and which is the number 2, i labled them A and B in this pic i took . any help would be appreciated.

Do you have the connector?

If so what colors are the wires comming out of it. There's a chance that it won't matter which wire goes where.

thats the thing, i dont have the connector. i was just going to remove that shaped part, and solder my wires right to the 2 pins that come out. i think it does matter which goes where as one get grounded and the other to the locked light.

Don't matter, all the lock indicator switch does is ground the "RR Locked" light on the dash.

thats good to know. all i had left to wire up was an indicator light, now i have that figured out. ill go try it in the morning. thanks alot.
