Those of you that have 'jacked up' your 2nd gen...how long do your CV boots last? I just noticed that one of mine busted

Mine are still good but I installed Manual hubs along with the lift. I never lock the hubs unless I am about to wheel - at the trail head. We did not have any snow this winter - just a dusting now and then. Manual hubs will save your CV boots !

I've went through 3 cv boots since I did my lift last summer

At the same time I got manual hubs but they weren't the right ones. So...I just got another set and hopefully these are the right ones.

i've replaced them about 5 times now, i'm pretty good at it at this point. They are pretty fragile and exposed while wheeling, all it takes is a branch or a bush to brush against it right and give it a little slice open
