It's killing me that I have to work all day today. Really wanted to fine-tune some things on the truck today

The end result was the TC kit, modified Tundra axles, double limiting straps, glassworks 4.5" flares (WHITE ), King Shocks w/external resevoir, King 500# coils. It turns out that there is a plate on the bottom of the King shocks that is normally a flat piece of billet aluminum, but a V-shaped plate is needed to clear the steering at full turn. Luckily, the guy took them off his other Kings and put them on mine. Also got a new Uniball for one that is starting to go bad.

John, I am thinking about putting on those rear shackles and I'm toying with the idea of removing my BL down the road.

Speaking of which, let's shine up the trucks and go Mall Krawlin!

We need to get a run going to Superstition/Ocotillo Wells now.

Glad you ended up with the 4.5" flares, I have the same ones and my tires rub (tiny rub) the lip of the fenders at full compression!

It all depends when I can get the bumpstops on. Then it's good to go. Not crazy about jumping though. How far of a drive is it from SD?

It's those big fenders.... Just kidding... really, that's weird. I don't know. I do know that you guys down there in Kali don't mess around with your modding! Between you, Marc, and Eric, you guys pretty much have the offroad industry represented!

I dont know, I cant really feel a difference (just spin the rear to help with the lost turning radius haha ), my buddy that use to own the truck says the turning radius got worst.

I can feel a difference between the sensitivity between my two trucks, the Long Traveled one feels much more sensitive.

How's the front end alignment, if it's off, that will effect your turning radius.....

As for bumpstops, they use the stock ones with a spacer.....

Did you weld on your limit strap brackets yet?

Ironically I have a set of steering extentions sitting in my garage.........

OMG just saw this icon on the list........

The alignment is off, that was the last thing we did and we were kinda in a hurry to finish since I had to be at work in 2.5 hours and it's a 1.5 hour drive...

The limiting straps are welded on (double straps too)

One of my bumpstops is chewed up from when I had my swaybar disconnected. Guess I'll have to surf the junkyards to find one unless someone local is willing to part with one.

These new icons rock!

Got to take a good look at the LT truck tonight and get a quick ride in it. Nice setup from what I have seen so far. Some minor little things to get buttoned up but then she shoudl be rockin.

And to think this truck was upside down only a month ago....LOL JK Ryan.

I took my parents out to Superstition (they wanted to see it) and took the road a lot faster than I used to and it handles SO much better. Didn't even bottom it out on the whoops.

I know, the mods have been like an avalanche since February this year! Now I can stop eating crackers and water and fine-tune a bunch of things.
