2" PA body lift

Quick question.... I live in canada... which means having parts shipped to me from USA is expensive with duty and shipping costs and all that.... I can easily get a 2" PA Tacoma body lift... I have read to make this fit a 1997 4Runner you need some longer body bolts... which bolts need to be longer?? how many do I need??? and what are the dimensions of the bolts I need???

Thanks!!!
Bob

Contact www.4crawler.com and ask him about his shipping costs to Canada...he might be willing to work with you on that.
He also knows what hardware you need which also comes with his body lifts. Just order one from him.

Your profile info says vancouver bc...why not go for a quick drive down to Blaine WA to pick things up? Im in surrey, and for some big ticket items, i'll ship to a shipping/receiving co. called Hagens of Blaine. Costs $US 2.00 to pick up anything under 50 lbs 5.00 for bigger, and i think 25 for freight. Go midweek, mid day, and the wait is minimal. You have to pay tax on the way back though...but if its something you can stash or install in the US...they'll never know...

im also thinking about a body lift...just a mild one though. 1 or 1.5". Have you checked out Sport Trucks Unlimited/NSOR? They should be able to get some competitive prices for you as well..

Not too informed on the tundra coil setup, but from reading bamachems praise...it should work great and clear 285's without a bodylift. if you want to go 305 or 315..then youd definitely need the BL.

Not too many modded 3rd gens 'round the lowermainland...not that I've seen anyway. Where do you usually go wheeling?

hope this helps some

I actually have not picked up the runner yet... That is my project for this week...

I live in tsawwassen and in point roberts there is a place that offeres the same servise.. I just hate the time it takes to go throught the border and all that.... yeah, I know... suck it up.... its worth it....

My current off roader is a 1989 full size Bronco on 36" swampers, lockers front and rear.... fully built... it was my last project, and the runner is my new project... will be for my wife mostly...

We play a lot in harrison and that area....

Where did you get the FJ 80 wheels??? locally??? I will be looking for a set very very soon....

Thanks!!!!
