Tundra misfire?

I'm back to Yotatech with my 2nd yota. A 2000 TRD tundra with 122k. Truck is great!

Heres the question, After running on the highway for 30 miles or so I get a shudder that feels like a misfire only when I'm sitting at a stop light.

What should I check?

I'm tempted to start replacing some sh$t like wires and plugs but I'd like to be a little more intentional.

Check hoses and intake for a vacuum leak. Clean MAF and IAC. Air filter clean?

When were the plugs and wires last changed?

This rig is new to me. I'll change the plugs soon for good measure.

Are there any good write ups for checking vac pressure? I've never actually done this.

I would start at plugs. I'm doing my 5.7 plugs tomorrow at 60k on the motor, the iridiums are "100k mile plugs" but from reading around, they "frequently fail after 50-60k".

for vac pressure, a simple vacuum gauge set will work; they usually come with plenty of fittings. I would bet plugs are at least part of the problem if not all, especially since you can assume that plugs may never have been changed.
