Does anyone know what all the parts required to change the bed on an 05 Tundra from a side-step bed to a regular bed are??

Specifically, are bed, fenders, and gate all required?

I found a gentleman selling "fenders" only, but I believe the actual bed piece is still required. I thought that it all came off as a box, but it looks like it doesn't necessarily, so I am wondering if the bed piece itself is different, or just the fenders. Would be much easier if I only have to change the sides, transport wise in particular.

Any info regarding other miscellaneous parts needed to do this, etc, appreaciated!
