2007 tundra cv joint removal

any special tools or pressed bearings involved in making this procedure harder than usual?

You bet special tools, if things like axle nut sockets, a decent pair of breaker bars, torque wrench, needle nose pliers, puller, hammer, among others, aren't at your disposal.

IT does require a special socket to remove the cv axle nut, I think its a 39mm 12 point. Its some oddball size....
