need help with brakes

I have a 95 Landcruiser and have just got the thing set up and ready to get out to the dirt. Problem is, I have been having problems getting correct power brake pressure. It has normal power brake feeling on regular driving but on downhill with a bit heavy pressure it is a very stiff pedal and difficult to stop. I did a new master cylinder and just did all the pads but no luck? Any ideas? Please help. Looks like I have found a cool sight.

I did the test in the manual for the booster and it passes. Also we did the bleeding 2 times as well? Rotors check out as well. We did new pads all around too. Frustrating as you can tell. Any other ideas? Thanks alot.

I assume you bled in the correct order and did not forget the LSPV?

Also, like Romer said, check out www.ih8mud.com lots of great stuff and people over there.

See if they can be gravity bled, meaning pour in your dot fluid into the resevoir and watch to see if that fluid displaces air in the lines by working itself into the system without having to do anything other than wait 5 minutes, and pour more dot fluid in, repeat until the resevoir takes no more fluid. Then after that bleed them. Pump brakes 5 to 10 times have someone crack a line then repeat. It is best to start with the caliper furthest away from the brake master cylinder. I've spent an hour or so bleeding systems that were improperly maintenced.
good luck
