HJ60, slow build, with spurts of activity ;)

Hello, just joined the forum, so I thought I'd start a thread about pretty much why I joined.
I have a 1989 HJ60 Land Cruiser, with a 4 litre straight 6, OHV, naturally aspirated engine.

I have a few problems with it, which is partly why I joined to pick members brains, in the hope of getting the beauty running how I want her.

I will post pics, when I've got my head around the process (reading the how to post pics thread now) plus I've not taken any pics yet of her yet anyway, waiting for the sun to come out

OK so what's up with it???

Firstly the suspension has seen betters day, the rears are pretty much flat.
I have some Old Man Emu springs & shocks on order, they should arrive this week.

Also the electrics have been playing up, just come back from a 2500 mile round trip, with no dash lights, or tail lights. Although the Fog lights worked, so that kept her road legal

Any hints & tips would be gratefully received.

Cheers

Chris

Oh forgot to mention it's a Diesel, with a 5 speed box, and BFG AT's all around.

This is the only one I've got right now, going to take load tomorrow, that is more relevant to the thread.

My springs were like that. Had them re-arched but it didn't last. Eventually went with old man emu.
