First time restoration '78 FJ40

Hello All! I have recently added myself to the ranks of hobbyist gone addict. I just purchased a 1978 FJ-40. This just happens to be the same Landcruiser that I briefly owned in High School. It has been sitting outside without the top on it for 10 years and the tub is in extremely rough shape to put it mildly. I think the driver side and passenger side floor pans are solid but everything else has to go. I have heard lots of arguements about the best route for replacement tubs and thought I would get a few more opinions. Aluminum, Steel, or Fiberglass.
Another upcoming decision is whether to keep the 235 Chevy straight six in it, put in a 350, or go back to the 2F Toy motor? Opinions?

I would think that getting replacement tubs shipped to your part of the world could be quite expensive.
