94 FZJ80 rear axle spindle damage

I recently bought a Land Cruiser and one of my to do list items was take care of the rear passenger hub that was leaking oil like a sieve. I immediately realized something was bad when needle bearings started falling out after the bearing lock came out. My outside bearing was disintegrated and my inside one was losing bearings. The bearings had been rolling around in the hub eating up metal. Should I throw the new bearings and seals on there or i'm I done for?
