#2 Oxygen Sensor 95 Landcruiser Help

Greetings Everyone.

I have a 1995 Land Cruiser with the 1FZFE engine. I recently threw a code 28. When I consult my manuals and the forum archives here I find myself puzzled because of mixed results. Some code definitions and forum posts claim that the O2 sensor is after the catalytic converter. Other say it is one of the two that are located before the catalytic.

I went under the beast and could not see a sensor after the catalytic. Doesn't mean there isn't one ... I just couldn't find one.

If it ends up that there isn't a post catalytic sensor, which of the two up front would cause the 28 code to throw?

My logic makes me lean towards the right hand one (as you're facing forward looking out the front windshield view). I just want to be sure before I replace the wrong one!

Any help is much appreciated.

Regards,
Paul
