My wife tells me the oil light comes on for about 10 sec and goes out about twice a week. Happened to catch it myself yesterday, about ten sec then out. Checked oil this am before she took off and its full. Pressure guage is all good as well. Any ideas? Thanks.

 

You may have a bad oil sensor float or the sending unit connection is corroded.
