I have a 1995 lc and the cruise control isnt working when you try to set it the light just blinks a few times and then nothing. The owners manual says to take to the dealer just wanted to know if anyone else had been through this?

 

I haven't looked at the LC cruise control but same thing happened to a buddy's 95 4Runner. The 4Runner has a large vacuum diaphragm. I pushed it in and out a few times and then we lubed the connection for the cable. Worked great afterwards. His was completely coated in a thick film of dirt under the cover that is supposed to protect it.
