toyota 7.5" spool?

anyone know where i can get a spool for my 91 2wd 7.5" rear end? other than summit?

As a matter of fact...you can't get one anywhere. Not even Summit.

Did I miss something or does that application guide only mention 8" and NOT 7.5"?

Old thread but http://www.speedwaymotors.com/Toyota...s*8+bolt+spool. I believe they are referring to the 7.5" as an 8-bolt ring gear. They also have a mini-spool and a full aluminum spool.

That spool has too few splines to be for a 7.5". It is a 27 Spline diff. Welding is the only option at this point besides lunch box lockers
