I replaced the throttle body on my 2003 Toyota Tacoma. Its doing the same thing, high idle and slackin tthrottle. When I disconnect the battery and reconnect it idles fine, with no slack in throttle. But when I shut the truck off and restart, it goes back to high idle and slack in the throttle.

Please help!!!
